MARCH 2012: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Joyus Pierre as March’s Employee of the Month! Joyus has worked with A|P since February 2007 at The Residences on Hollywood Beach in Hollywood, FL. He continually exhibits a positive attitude in his daily work and is always a pleasure to work with. Joyus is very knowledgeable in his role, knows the property well, is a great problem solver and is proactive in his responsibilities. Because of his hard work, he was recently promoted to Assistant Engineer.Thank you for your efforts, Joyus, and keep smiling! 

FEBRUARY 2012: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Steven McMillan as February’s Employee of the Month! Steven has worked with A|P since September 2009 at One Island Place in Aventura, FL. During the month of February, while roving the property, he discovered a woman hanging over a balcony. Steven was able to get a key to access the inside and help the woman back to safety. Steven remained calm during the situation which assisted in diffusing the situation. This is an example of how Steven goes above and beyond his daily responsibilities. His dedication to the property and A|P is appreciated by his coworkers, management, and the unit owners. Thank you, Steven, and keep up the hard work!  

 

JANUARY 2012: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Elissa Jerowich as January’s Employee of the Month! She has worked with A|P for just over three short months, but in this time she has toured 233 prospective residents and leased over 70 apartments at our wonderful community, Palms of Boca del Mar. Elissa comes to work every day with an award winning personality and contagious smile which makes everyone who comes into contact with her like her. She is a hard worker and her record of sales proves it! Elissa is an amazing asset to Atlantic | Pacific Management. Congratulations, Elissa, and keep up the good work!  

DECEMBER 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Holly Littleton as December’s Employee of the Month! Holly has worked with A|P since June 2011 at St. Andrews at Weston in Weston, FL. She is recognized as the employee of the month due to her outstanding team work. Holly has assisted another property during a shortage of staff, being extremely flexible with her scheduling and commute. Holly displays a can-do attitude and is always smiling. Her calming demeanor and friendliness allows her to handle even the toughest situations promptly and professionally no matter which community she is working at. She has a passion for property management, enjoys what she does and it shows in her work ethic. Congratulations Holly and keep up the great work!   

  

OCTOBER 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Reynaldo Tramontozzi as October's Employee of the Month! Reynaldo has worked with A|P since December 2009 at River Dance Condominium. He is a motivator and is always encouraging and uplifting to those around him. His attendance is superb and when he is at the property, he gives 200%. He recently took it upon himself to build a part that had broken for the property gate and was unavailable for purchase. He worked meticulously to rebuild it and installed it, fixing the property gate and saving the association hundreds of dollars. Reynaldo is a joy to be around and to work with. We are very proud to have him as a part of the A|P Team. Congratulations, Reynaldo, and keep up the good work and motivation! 

 

SEPTEMBER 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Raul Crivelli as September's Employee of the Month! Raul started in March 2008 as the Painter for The Plaza on Brickell team. His team describes him as positive, reliable, respectable, and a pleasure to work with. Raul is polite to everyone, whether it is a fellow employee or resident. His detail oriented job performance makes him stand out amongst others. He is always willing to assist others in tasks even outside his job description. We are proud to have an employee like Raul as part of our A|P Team. Congratulations, Raul, and keep it up! 

 

AUGUST 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Erin Root as August's Employee of the Month! Erin has worked with A|P since May 2011 at The Beach Club of Hallandale Master Association. She takes initiative and offers her assistance daily. She recently assisted her Property Manager with a Pool and Beach Attendant project that consisted of creating a training manual. She is cheerful and helpful at all times. Never stressed or worried. Erin's positive attitude is refreshing and pleasant. We are happy to have Erin as a part of the A|P team. Congratulations, Erin, and keep up the good work and attitude!

 

 

JULY 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Maria DeCastro as July's Employee of the Month! Maria has worked with A|P since June 2009 and is the Assistant Manager at the Palms of Boca del Mar. Maria has gracefully taken on so much extra responsibility in the last 60 days which has really made her shine. She comes to work with a positive attitude everyday and doesn't hesitate to take on a new task if asked. She says "Anything to better myself or my career". She consistently goes above and beyond her assigned duties to support her team, the property and our company. We are so proud to have Maria as part of the A|P team and want to recognize her for being a great asset to our company. Congratulations, Maria, and keep up the great work!

 

APRIL 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is excited to announce Alana Appleby as April's Employee of the Month! Alana has worked with A|P since July 2009 at the Merritt at Whitemarsh Condos located in Savannah, Georgia. She continuously goes out of her way to give what she can for the good of the property, her team and, not to mention, the Board of Directors. She consistently does this without expectation. She has a great personality which is recognized by homeowners, vendors and fellow team members, especially her manager, who considers Alana her "right hand". We are proud to have Alana as part of the A|P team and want to thank her for being a great asset to our company. Congratulations, Alana, and keep up the good work and attitude!

MARCH 2011: Atlantic | Pacific Management is proud to announce Cindy Lord as March's Employee of the Month! Cindy has worked with A|P since February 2010 as Bookkeeper at the Grande Oasis Condominium and since then, she has been recognized by her coworkers as a team player that goes above and beyond to give a helping hand and work with others without any complaints. Cindy consistently offers support to everyone without expectations and handles any issues with great understanding. Her supervisors and coworkers are very pleased that she has a great attitude and always comes to work with a smile and treats everyone with respect.
