Stanley supervises the day to day operation of the corporate offices based in San Diego. Mr. Cohen is also active in the management of the family owned rental communities based in California.

Jacqueline J. Alvarez - Director of Management

Jacqueline J. Alvarez, CPM, serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Management of the West Coast Division of Atlantic & Pacific Management and has excelled in this position for 25+ years. Ms. Alvarez currently oversees a mixed portfolio comprised of multi-family communities and condominium projects. Ms. Alvarez was instrumental in establishing Atlantic & Pacific Management in 1980 starting with the management of 5 housing communities and 2 shopping centers in addition to assisting the company grow its expansive portfolio.

Thomas J. Sellers - Vice President Operations

Thomas J. Sellers is Vice President of Operations and has served in this position for the past 19 years. Mr. Sellers is responsible for all operations and purchasing. Mr. Sellers has over 35 years of commercial, residential and affordable community management experience. Mr. Sellers served for 6 years as the San Diego Director of the Assisted Housing Management Association (AHMA) and for the past 10 years has been on the Liaison Committee with the Assisted Housing Management Association (AHMA) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Steve Sames CCAM – Director of Association Management

Steve Sames brought his real estate education and license to property management in 1987 by joining Atlantic and Pacific Management as a Community Association Manager. Over the years, Steve has served as Regional Manager in the multi-family division and has managed residential as well as commercial properties including office buildings and industrial condos. Steve recently oversaw five large condo-conversion projects throughout Southern California. He works with three San Diego developers in starting up their new Homeowners Associations. Steve has earned his Certified Community Association Manager designation with the California Association of Community Managers and is also pursuing the CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Chuck S. Banker is the Controller of Atlantic & Pacific Management west coast division and has served in this position for more than eight years. Mr. Banker manages the financial operations and the reporting for the corporate companies along with the property management division.

Kim Arnold – Regional Property Manager, Southern California

Kim Arnold has 16+ years of experience in the property management field. She successfully serves as the Regional Property Manager for several of the Southern California multi-family communities and a Community Association Manager. Kim has been employed with Atlantic & Pacific since 1996. She has held positions as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Resident Manager and her current position. Her extensive background makes her well versed in all aspects of on-site management and supervision. Kim also assists in ongoing employee education programs and asset acquisitions. She is a graduate of Cal State University San Marcos, and also holds a California Brokers License. Kim is a proud San Diego native and enjoys spending her time off with her husband, Mark, and young son, Blake.
